- This negotiated RFP is an invitation by Thompson Rivers University to prospective proponents with a successful track record of providing construction services to submit proposals to Thompson Rivers University for the provision of construction services for the TRU Indigenous Education Centre (IEC) and the Low Carbon District Energy System (LCDES), as further described in this RFP, at TRU-s Kamloops campus address at 805 TRU Way, Kamloops, BC, Canada.
