Description:
CH is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction management services for Phase 1 of the Southview Project, which will be carried out in two stages. Stage 1 will be providing pre-construction services and stage 2 will be providing construction, handover and warranty services. SouthviewProject is a new construction project that consists of approximately 400 units across four (4) buildings. Construction will be executed in two (2) phases. Phase 1: construction of approximately 260 units in three (3) buildings. Building one (1) will be a concrete building and buildings two (2) andthree (3) are wooden buildings. Site works will be included in this phase. Phase 2: construction of building four (4) is planned for the future.
