Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is the second stage procurement as set out in Single Project RFPQ #1070-2425-172A issued on January 21, 2025 and is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Pre-Qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for construction of a new Supportive Housing building (“the Project”) to be located in Vancouver Island, BC and as further described in this RFP and attached Appendices.

This opportunity is ONLY available to pre-qualified organizations resulting from the first stage RFPQ 1070-2425-172A Construction Management Services - Supportive Housing, Vancouver Island, BC issued on January 21, 2025.
