  BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Primary Trunk Twinning Project as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 01) (the “Deliverables”).
  This project commences from existing SEC connection at the intersection of Valley Farm Road and Finch Avenue, continues east along Finch Avenue and Kingston Road, continues south along Notion Road and along Squires Beach Road, and ends within the to the Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP).

  MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S):
  OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any proposals received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFP Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.DEPOSIT:Undertaking to Bond (Digital Bond): Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond.
