- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Peterborough Police Service, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The successful proponent will form part of a team along with the City and its consultants for the implementation and full delivery of the concurrent construction of additions and renovations at 500 Water Street North and 1421 Lansdowne Street West. The successful proponent will work to ensure phasing allows for un-interrupted operational activities at each building throughout the duration of the Work.
