Description:
The City is seeking detailed bids from construction firms to provide Construction Management Services for Ontario Court of Justice Facility Renewal located at 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Mississauga, ON.
The successful bidder will be part of a team formed by the City and consultants for the implementation of the project.
The Construction Manager-s Fee will be a fixed fee as determined by the City and shown in the Schedule of Prices for all phases and is excluded from the Construction Budget. The Construction Manager-s Fee will be paid in accordance with the City of Mississauga Amendments to CCDC 5B - 2010 Contract.
The project has a Construction Budget of $10,000,000.00. This amount excludes the Construction Manager-s Fee and HST. This amount includes the Construction Manager-s General Expenses, which include the expenses listed in the Schedule of Prices on the City-s e-bidding system. The Construction Manager-s General Expenses will be paid in accordance with the City of Mississauga Amendments to CCDC 5B - 2010 Contract.
The scope of work will be divided into three (3) phases as follows:
(1) Pre-Construction Phase:
Provide Pre-Construction Management services for the total scope of work from the Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents phases.
