Description:
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified.

This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for Construction Management Services for construction of a Supportive Housing building to be located in Vancouver Island, BC, as further described in Appendix A - Scope of Work.

Respondents must submit a signed Appendix F - Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on or before the NDA Submission Date Deadline specified in the RFPQ timetable below to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. Signed NDA must be submitted via email to the attention of BC Housing Contract specified above. No submission will be accepted from respondents who did not submit the signed NDA.
