Summary:
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in both; Management of construction (as either Construction Manager or General Contractor) for new-build educational facilities, and delivering projects under the Construction Management Delivery Model; to provide Construction Management Services and Work (as defined in the CCDC5B Contract) for the District-s new Peachland Childcare Centre Project.

Project Summary:
Key details of the Peachland Childcare Centre Project (the “Project”) are as follows:Project Location: a new greenfield site at 5481 Clements Crescent, Peachland, BC (to be renamed as 5601 Wild Goose Street, Peachland).Current Project Status: the Project currently has a conceptual design completed, and the District is in the RFP evaluation stage to select an Architect and Prime Consultant.
