Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board (“HPEDSB”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Renovation of Learning Commons (Phase 1) and Main Office at Prince Edward Collegiate Institute.
The Government of Ontario has issued a Procurement Restriction Policy effective April 4, 2025. As a result, responses from U.S. businesses may not be accepted at this time. For further details on this policy please visit https://www.ontario.ca/page/procurement-restriction-policy. The definition of a U.S. business is provided in the Submission Form (Appendix C) for respondents to review and complete an attestation.
HPEDSB is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to renovate the main office/guidance area of the school to create new offices and meeting spaces, in addition to creating a conference room in the former front lobby of the school, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables").
