- CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES The primary objective of this project is to construct a ground-based infrastructure for a research telescope and its associated control room. This infrastructure is essential to enable high-precision scientific experiments and to provide an optimal environment for researchers and technicians. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project consists of two major components: on one hand, the construction of a solid and stable base designed to support the telescope and its astronomical dome, and on the other hand, the development of a control room within the CSA building, equipped with all necessary systems for monitoring, control, and data analysis collected by the telescope. REQUIREMENTS, CONSTRAINTS AND DELIVERABLES The technical requirements and project deliverables are detailed in the annex containing the plans and specifications for various disciplines. Additionally, the project must adhere to several constraints, including the allocated budget, construction, and installation timelines to ensure the telescope is operational within the designated timeframe, as well as local regulations regarding construction, safety, and environmental standards.
