Description:
The construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2024-4049.• The primary purpose of this project is to complete the rehabilitation of Rockport Road Westbound Overpass (Site No. 16X-0154/B0) and Eastbound Overpass (Site ID 16X-0153/B0) on Hwy 401. Rehabilitation is to include deck repairs, waterproofing and pavement, parapet wall replacements and soffit repairs.• The service provider will provide an administration office and a full complement of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services. The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS).• Due to restrictions for single lane closures contract administration and inspection services will be required for both daytime and overnight periods.• The assignment is planned over a single year, starting in May 2025 and will extend completed on November 7, 2025.
