Tender are invited for Construction of a 30 x 30 garage in Havelock, NB

Notice Details 1. GENERAL

The Butternut Valley Rural Community is inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals for the construction of a 30-foot by 30-foot municipal garage to be located in Havelock, New Brunswick. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a turn-key project that includes site preparation, construction, and finishing work as outlined in the specifications below.

Site Visit: Prior to submitting a bid for this contract, all interested Contractors should review the site of the installation. Any site visit should be coordinated with the representative from the municipality of Butternut Valley.

2. LOCATION OF CONSTRUCTION

Location: Butternut Valley municipal officer, 2002 Route 885, Havelock, New Brunswick.
Duration: Work to be completed on or before February 20th, 2026.

3. PAYMENT
In consideration of the Contractor performing the work in accordance with these specifications and to the satisfaction of the Community's representative, the municipality will pay in accordance with the contractors detailed payment terms.
