Each group has different types of damages which require specific methods of repair.In general, the concrete piers need to be exposed and cleaned. The cracks should be repaired via epoxy injection and the surfaces of piers located above grade are to be wrapped with carbon fiber fabric for structural strengthening. The carbon fiber fabric should then be protected with a protection coat.The bottom of the steel columns and their base plates should be cleaned and painted; the grout under the plates should be replaced where it is deteriorated.All mechanical and electrical units or connections adjacent to the work area should be removed and reinstated.All insulation, drywall and finishes should be removed and replaced with new materials.Delivery Date: Above-mentionedThe Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
