Description:
The work to be carried out under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labour, supervision, materials necessary to carry out the following: Deliver, install, and commission of all preselected/pre-purchased equipment including pumps, control panels, generators and ATS units. A SAGR system and air lines are provided and installed by the supplier, NEXOM, with exception to the wood frame structures for each cell, and the two liners required for the SAGR system; Supply and install all prefabricated concrete structures for the wet wells, valve chambers, control inlet and outlet manholes, and electrical/storage building and generators pads; Install all process buried piping and gate valves and valve boxes; Deliver and install a prefabricated electrical and storage building at the main pumping station site; Install all process piping, valves, fittings, instrumentation for all upgrades; Design and install all platforms and ladders inside both pumping stations wet wells; Install all davits, jib cranes and concrete supports; Install all required site electrical, including connecting to the existing services on the electrical poles for all locations; Install all electrical and instrumentation conduits, and wires; Design and implement temporary pumping of domestic sewage to bypass around the main pumping station, and pump sewage directly to Cell 3 at the sewage lagoons.
