The scope of work includes the design, supply and installation of a new Condensing Unit and the design, supply and install of all required refrigerant piping and accessories, etc. All commissioning and start-up along with associated electrical, structural, and general trades work shall also be included under this contract.
Supply and Installation of new Condensing Units, DX Cooling coils and complete operational and tested refrigeration system as well as all required refrigerant piping, structural support and electrical connections in full conformance with applicable codes, standards and ordinances.
A MANDATORY Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 3:30 pm at 4151 Jacombs Rd, Richmond, BC V6V 1N7. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who register at the mandatory walk-through. The site visit is mandatory for all contractors intending to act as Prime Contractors.
