- The Town of Midland is seeking bid submissions from qualified contractors to remove and replace concrete sidewalk/ flatwork, removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, remove and replace Catch Basin/ Maintenance Hole frame and lids and all restoration works required. This will be a multi year maintenance contract with work being on an as needed basis, quantities are not guaranteed.
