Follow details on drawings provided. Delivery to front boulevard.Supply and install: W8 x 24 steel beam approximate 48- long. Beam details are on drawing A 02 FOUNDATION. Drill bolt holes as indicated on drawings for top nailer. Nailer to be installed by others. Foundation beam pockets and two columns will provide support for the beam. Columns supplied by others. Shim and pack as required to ensure level and plumb fit.Please provide separate pricing for rebar and beam.
