Description:
The CBRM requires construction services from a qualified contractor to perform concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk work throughout the 2023 construction season. Activities include, but are not limited to, concrete curb & gutter patching, installation of new or replacement concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk patching, installation of new or replacement concrete sidewalk, and other related activities deemed necessary by the Engineering and/or Public Works department. Project sizes and locations will vary and can be located anywhere within CBRM jurisdiction. Therefore, unit costs shall be provided on a “per division” basis (i.e. Central, East, and North). Projects will include both capital upgrades as well as operational maintenance and repairs. Due to the variability of this work, the contractor-s work crew availability is crucial to successfully performing said work. The specific availability requirements are outlined within the contract documents.
