Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-38-24 Concession Stand Services for Arenas, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The successful Proponent(s) shall be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage areas within the facility including, but not limited to, staffing, purchasing inventory, food preparation, food service, waste removal, sanitation, and maintenance. Ensuring that the supply and sale of food and drink at concessions are available during peak times such as evening, weekends, events and sports tournaments at Healthy Planet Arena and Kinsmen Arena with the option to include Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre.
