Call For Tenders Tender No. PT-2024-LCLP-976 Construction Services for Retaining Wall Replacement & Oil Grit Separator Installation Metrolinx is accepting submissions for Construction Services for Retaining Wall Replacement & Oil Grit Separator Installation. OPTIONAL SITE MEETING: A Optional Site Meeting will be held as follows: Date: Monday, June 23, 2025 Time: 11:00 a.m. Toronto Ontario Time. Location: 6190 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 1A7 Bidders must register by submitting to the Senior Procurement Officer a signed "Release of Liability Form" at least 24 hours prior to the site meeting. Failure of Bidders to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process. Bidders are required to wear PPE, including hard hats, safety boots, safety vests and safety glasses, at the site meeting. Failure to satisfy these safety requirements will result in exclusion from the site. BID DEPOSIT: Each Submission must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $150,000, in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.
