- The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) is requesting submissions of proposals from qualified consultants with proven experience in rural land use planning and community sustainability for the review of Official Community Plan (OCP) for Big White that was adopted in 2001. This is one of two parts of a comprehensive review and update of the Big White Official Community Plan. The review does not include the Development Permit section of the bylaw as that section is being reviewed as a separate project, which will be completed earlier than the main body of the OCP.
