This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) for Comprehensive Architectural Design & Coordinating Registered Professional (Prime Consultant) Services for Redevelopment of the first phase of the PRHC owned, BC Housing managed property known as Skeena Terrace and located at 2108-2476 Cassiar Street, 2105-2394 Hermon Drive, 3426-3476 East 5th Avenue and 2105-2291 Skeena Street, Vancouver, BC.
