Tender are invited for Defence Construction Canada - Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Compliance Assessment Services Standing Offer Agreement:Project Number PAC21COM, Various Locations Across British ColumbiaDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm with the highest total score.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $600,000.00. The maximum value of a call-up is $100,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $600,000.00 for each additional period.
