- Conservation Halton is seeking prposals from qualified proponents for the following scope:
CH would like to undertake a comprehensive compensation review for our full time and long-term contract roles to ensure that its compensation structure remains competitive, compliant, and internally equitable.
The last enterprise-wide review was completed in 2014/15, although two smaller “refresh” reviews were completed in 2018, and 2022.
Conservation Halton has approximately 175 full-time, and long-term contract staff members.
