The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=2023-213This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Town of Pilot Butte-s Council and Administration for the purpose of hiring a consultant on the following:The consultant would research best practices and recommend to council options for community engagement, fundraising, sponsorship, financing, grants, engagement of Indigenous Communities and strategies that other communities have used on similar facilities that would be applicable to Pilot Butte that includes options on how to proceed with the scope of work (or revised scope of work based on consultant-s findings and recommendations) that includes phasing options.The information gathering phase would require multiple meetings within the community and include future option-s that would be beneficial to include for the Town of Pilot Butte and be ready for future community grants.The successful RFI Proponent would be expected to be complete their meetings, analysis, high level cost estimates, recommendations and reports by January 26, 2024.This opportunity is subject to copyright.
