Description:
The Corporation is seeking communications and engagement services for the Lulu-Delta, Cambie-Richmond, and Pitt River Water Supply Tunnel-s (WST) projects (the “Services”). The successful Proponent(s) will provide public, interest holders, and First Nations communications and engagement consulting services to support our in-house community engagement team, all as further described in Section 00 24 10 Scope of Services.
The purpose of this RFP is for the Corporation to enter into one or more consulting services agreements (an “Agreement”) to award some or all three WST projects. Proponents shall indicate the WST project(s) they are applying for, under Part 5 - Format of Proposal. Each WST project is in a different phase with varying estimated contract durations. The Agreement will have an initial term of up to five (5) years with the option to extend for one (1) additional two (2) year term.
