DND's objective is to provide its personnel with the ability to analyze articles of interest worldwide and transmit that information to a location of their choice. To obtain this objective, the contractor must provide a wide range of equipment and related professional services to meet specific DND requirements. Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose arrangements have been deemed compliant to this RFSA.When DND requires these services, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders, and will include a technical and financial evaluation.
