- The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Supplier Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking respondents for Communal Water and Wastewater Systems Technical Services Roster to procure technical advisory support and peer review services to assist with the Region-s review of proposals for new private communal water and wastewater systems received through the development application/approvals process. The scope of work and expertise required for technical review will depend upon the proposals submitted by Developers to the Region.
Category 1: Private Communal Water and Wastewater Systems Technical Services
The Project Manager shall hold a Professional Engineer license or Professional Geoscientist license in good standing and be legally qualified to practice in the Province of Ontario. Any proposal received from proponents who do not carry this license shall be rejected from further consideration.The peer reviewer assuming responsibility for reviews of hydrogeological content and deliverables shall hold a Professional Engineer license or Professional Geoscientist license in good standing, be legally qualified to practice in the Province of Ontario and have demonstrated relevant expertise in hydrogeology. Any proposal received from proponents who do not carry this license shall be rejected from further consideration.The peer reviewers assuming responsibility for reviews of engineering content and deliverables shall hold a Professional Engineer license in good standing, be legally qualified to practice in the Province of Ontario, and collectively have demonstrated expertise related to water and wastewater systems.
