The CHER project seeks to replace the Canadian Armed ForcesΒ (CAF) militarized Heavy Support Equipment (HSE) capability with modern, reliable, and deployable equipment. The HSE fleet comprises of two sub-categories of fleets: Heavy Construction Equipment (HCE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).CHER has divided the equipment into eight (8) acquisition bundles, An RFI will be published for each one of the bundles.
