The CHER project seeks to replace the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) militarized Heavy Support Equipment (HSE) capability with modern, reliable, and deployable equipment. The HSE fleet comprises of two sub-categories of fleets: Heavy Construction Equipment (HCE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).CHER has divided the equipment into eight (8) acquisition bundles, An RFI will be published for each one of the bundles. This RFI is reserved exclusively to Bundle 1 which includes: backhoes, loaders, dozers, excavators, graders and compactors.Draft RFP documents will be released by means of this RFI in waves as they are completed.
