English Title:IE080408_83696, Commissioning Services at Eastern Ontario Campus Standing Offer AgreementEnglish Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" the following professional services at the Eastern Ontario Campus, National Capitol Region (NCR), Ontario:Commissioning Services for building envelopes, buildings systems, and specialty systems (mechanical, electrical, envelope, roof, fire alarm, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, etc.).Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The SOA will be for a period of five (5) years with a maximum estimated value of $12,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional year periods and increased in the order of $7,000,000.00 at any time. There is no maximum call-up limit.
