- The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (“The Town”), in collaboration with the Regional Municipality of York (“The Region”), is seeking proposals from qualified Commissioning Providers (CxP) to support the construction of a Joint Fire Station and Paramedic Response Station located at 4902 Aurora Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. This state-of-the-art facility, planned as a single-floor building spanning approximately 18,500 square feet, will house essential services for the community and is designed to meet LEED Silver certification standards under the Canada Green Building Council-s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
