Description:
The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Consultants or Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of professional services for commissioning of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and hydronic (heating and cooling) systems, for the rebuilding of Montgomery Middle project. The project is currently in the design phase and services will be required for the project through the warranty period.For more details on this project, please see Section 03 Service Specification.
The Board intends to pre-qualify Proponents as part of this RFP process to provide services for the Montgomery Middle project as Stage 1 of the evaluation. In addition, the intention is to pre-qualify proponents and form a contact listing for future opportunities to provide commissioning services for projects of a similar scope and size to this project. Future opportunities to provide commissioning services for projects may be offered to successful proponents added to the contact listing going forward.
