- The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) is the only French language school board that services the entire province of Saskatchewan with its 15 schools throughout the province. The CÉF offers French language education to all French language families traditionally from Fransaskois families but also all French language newcomers from everywhere in the world. There are two projects currently proposed: one located in Saskatoon and the other located in Prince Albert. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a Commissioning Agent, expected to develop commissioning requirements and work with the Prime Consultant-s Team to develop a design that meets those requirements within the targeted budget.
