Summary of the Opportunity
The Municipal District of St. Stephen (MDSS) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified real estate agents to provide realty and listing services, on an as needed basis, for the sale of MDSS owned lands identified by the Municipal District of St. Stephen, and the purchase of lands identified as required by the Municipal District of St. Stephen.
The selected realtor will be responsible for assisting MDSS in various real estate transactions and providing market analysis and guidance on real estate matters with the objective of obtaining the highest net value possible for the municipality.
The Municipal District of St. Stephen is the owner of various commercial lots throughout the community that may be made available for sale, at various times, under the direction of Council.
Request For Proposal Submissions
Proposals must be submitted, by mail or hand delivery in sealed and closed envelope clearly marked as indicated in the proposal document.
This invitation is a Request For Proposal (RFP) and criteria, in addition to cost, are considered in the evaluation of the proposal submissions received. As cost is not the only criteria, the lowest, or any proposal, may not be necessarily approved.
