Description:
The University of Waterloo (UW) on behalf of its Food Services department, has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Restaurant/Food Service equipment dealers that are qualified to supply, deliver and install a new commercial, energy efficient, flight type dishwasher with softener capable of cleaning large quantities in excess of 3,000 meals per day while running at optimal performance and efficiency in the physical footprint stipulated. The procurement, FOB UW, removal and disposal of the existing machine(Model #UC-CW6-W) and installation of the new dishwasher with water softener as per the acceptable equipment stated below must be 100% installed and working no later than August 15, 2024. The acceptable new equipment for bid in this RFP is either: (1) Champion Moyer Diebel Canada Confidential - Model # PRO EUCCW6 STEAM Kinetico Pro Water Softener-model #CC208C or 2) Hobart -Energy Recovery with Blower Dryer- Model # FT1000e Water Softener-model #WS-80 (Qty 2) No other equipment will be considered. No used or refurbished equipment will be considered.
