- Tender are invited for The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for the following:Scope of Work A: Commercial Aviation Business Intelligence ServicesScope of Work B: Air Service Development Consultant ServicesScope of Work A: Commercial Aviation Business Intelligence ServicesTo select one or more proponents for commercial aviation data and business intelligence services including:Passenger airline seat capacity (derived from Airline Flight Schedules Data); andPassenger data from one or both:Ticketed passenger sales data, (i.e. ticket settlement data from the International Air Transport Association Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC)); and/orPassenger booking data - Marketing Information Data Tapes (MIDT). Scope of Work B: Air Service Development Consultant ServicesTo select a limited number of qualified, knowledgeable and experienced Air Service Development consultants that have the ability to serve as temporary contracted resources to DC-s Global Marketing and International team, working closely with the Senior Manager, Aviation.
