Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport (Ministry) of its intent to direct award a services contract to Dr. Manjit Gosal to provide medical advice to the British Columbia Athletic Commissioner (BCAC) on medical matters that will enable the BCAC to make evidence based decisions as relating to the licensure of individuals wishing to compete in combat sports events in BC and, subsequent to licensure, whether those individuals should compete in a combat sport or not.
