This RFP seeks to engage a consultant to develop a sustainable parking strategy that will form the foundation for evidence based decisions affecting the Columbia Precinct.
The study is supplemental to a broader scope of work being undertaken concurrently for the site to assess the feasibility of development opportunities. The successful Proponent will provide recommendations on priority improvements to parking area deficiencies and internal site circulation to enable the best use of land and inform RPD capital asset planning and liabilities.
The Consultant will work under the sole direction of a Development Manager assigned by the Province.
