- Description:
- The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) requires the services of a qualified firm to collect, transport, and process Household Hazardous Waste (“HHHW”). These Services are to be provided on an on-going basis through the Waste Management Centre (“WMC”) located in Georgefield, NS, with at least two annual mobile events to be organized by the successful Contractor, one in the Elmsdale area and one in the Mount Uniacke area. An additional rural mobile event may be authorized by Council on an annual basis. If approved, the Contractor would be responsible for this event as well, making a total of three events each Year. The requirements are further described in Section 2, Services Description.
