- BACKGROUND
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is a federal Crown corporation created by Canada-s Parliament in 1959 under the National Capital Act. INTENT
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking proposals for the collection of waste and recycling at various NCC properties within the National Capital Region (Ontario and Quebec) starting February 1, 2025 and ending on March 31, 2028.
BASIS OF SELECTION
Contract award for this service will be based on the lowest bid value
