INVITATION TO BID Roof Replacement of Roof Sections 1, 19B, 21, 23 and 25 École River Heights School Bids must be submitted and digitally timestamped as received by the undersigned before 2:00pm, Central Standard Time, Thursday, April 6, 2023. Bids will be opened privately as soon as reasonably possible after closing. École River Heights school renovation project involves structural roof reframing, electrical circuit rerouting and roof membrane replacement scopes. The roof section between portable classrooms requires a new roof structure and envelope assembly. Electrical masts currently running service to nearby portable classrooms will be decommissioned and rerouted internally. New EPDM and SBS roof membrane systems and associated parapet constructions will be added as per the plans. This will also involve some RTU temporary removal and re-placement following new roofing install. There is an optional site visit scheduled for Wednesday March 22nd at 3:45pm at École River Heights School. Questions about the tender should be directed to tender@aodbt.com. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
