- The intent of this Bid/Tender Call is to obtain a formal offer to supply and install metal roofing and eavestroughs on the existing timber arbor at the rest area in St. Malo (Coin Rendezvous).Scope of Work:Supply and installation of 24-gauge metal roofing and all incidentals to install roofing onexisting 2,988 square foot (124.5 ft. x 24 ft.) timber frame arbor. This must include synthetic underlayment, overlap seal (butyl tape), all edge trims and eavestroughs. Supply and coordinate with the Municipal Building Inspector on color of metal roofing beforeordering.
