- The Corporation of the City of Fernie (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described within this RFP, for the repairs of the concrete encasement of a sanitary main and watermain within Coal Creek. The City believes that selection of a qualified proponent is critical to the success or failure of a project and interested parties are advised the intent of this Request for Proposal is to select the successful proponent based on criteria deemed most advantageous to the City. This document outlines the general scope of work and the basic requirements for the proposal document.
