Information for Proponents
The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Proposals for the Consulting Engineering Services for Port Coquitlam Pump Station Upgrades.
SCOPE
The general purpose of the Work is to upgrade the Port Coquitlam Pump Station (PCPS)
and increase its pumping capacity to meet future performance requirements. The completed design shall allow a competent contractor to reasonably and efficiently construct the Work, as well as allow the Corporation's operation and maintenance staff to maintain and operate the new pump station effectively and safely and provide a reliable facility that is resilient and has operational flexibility for future upgrades.
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be downloaded directly from the Metro Vancouver website at https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca (the "Bidding System").
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. Proposals will be received by the Bidding System no later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 7th day of April, 2021 (the "Proposal Closing").
