- As part of an ongoing multi-year plan to revitalize the CNL Chalk River Laboratories (CRL) site, CNL is planning to upgrade many of its outdated facilities and build several new buildings that will support the Science and Technology programs and future growth of the CRL site, transforming it into a modern research campus. The Powerhouse Replacement (PH) and Utilities Distribution (UD) Revitalization Projects were developed to focus on the site infrastructure side of CRL-s plans for a modern research campus. The purpose of this RFP is to determine proponents with the capabilities and capacity to provide Engineering Services in an Owner's Consultant role for the UD and PH revitalization program
