Description:
1 This renovation project involves upgrades to the fifth-floor Complex Care Unit(CCU) located on 600 W 10th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Z 4E6 in Vancouver Cancer Centre, covering approximately 612 sq. m. The clinic will be operational during construction and has multiple patients visits daily. The project will address infrastructure improvements such as replacing worn millwork and furniture, adding hand hygiene sinks, refinishing walls and floors, upgrading patient washrooms, and enhancing kitchen and storage areas. Refer to Appendixes for more details. 2 Construction Management firms within BC may respond to this RFP. 3 The Authority has made arrangements for a mandatory site visit, for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals.
