Description : Innovapost is seeking a vendor specializing in vendor agnostic cloud skills assessment and skills gap learning plans for cloud agnostic certifications, learning paths and hand on environment. Innovapost is a small to midsize organization with total workforce of around 1000 people (employees+ contractors). We are a “Project Based Enterprise” where employees perform specific roles, but they work on different tasks or projects at different times which require specific skills. We are looking for a comprehensive SaaS tool for cloud skills assessment, gap analysis and recommended learning plans to develop our enterprise cloud skills within Innovapost for our technical workforce. This SaaS tool will enable Innovapost to identify and develop cloud skills. Cloud learning solution will help us bridge the gap between present and future cloud skills needed through reskilling and/or up skilling to support Innovapost-s cloud first vision and IT strategy. This solution will provide services like cloud skills assessment, develop and assign learning paths, create custom content for learning paths and report on the learning progress of employees on cloud platforms.
