INTRODUCTION
Through this Request For Quotations ("RFQ"), City of Surrey ("City") is inviting quotations ("Quotation") from suppliers (each a "Contractor") for a commercially available, cloud-based off-the-shelf electronic bidding (eBidding) software solution ("Solution"), implementation and support services as further described in Schedule A - Scope of Services. That schedule, with such modifications as may be agreed between City and the Contractor, will be incorporated into the agreement between City and the successful Contractor.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The City of Surrey ("City") is inviting Contractors to present a Solution to provide a comprehensive cloud-based e-procurement software solution capable of managing all elements of the City's competitive solicitation process and generating statistical / reporting information on past and present procurement opportunities.
