Detailed_Description : Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from clinical leaders for the position of Clinical Quality Provincial Lead. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership to the evolution of the Ontario Emergency Department Return Visit Quality program (1 co-lead position). Reporting to Vice-President of Quality, the Clinical Quality Provincial Lead will provide leadership to influence positive change, with the ultimate goals of aligning Ontario Health-s quality agenda, engaging communities to build on existing efforts, and promoting a culture of quality that will enable improved patient experiences and outcomes. This will include system planning and design, development and implementation of provincial program strategy, quality improvement initiatives, and knowledge translation and exchange, along with related data, reporting and performance management. The Clinical Quality Provincial Lead is part of the clinical leadership team within Acute and Hospital-Based Care and will work with regional leadership and relevant stakeholders to identify and achieve provincial-specific goals and objectives.This opportunity is open to all qualified candidates.
